I am a very old and a genuine Flipkart plus customer.I have ordered for a Sony wireless speaker worth Rs 5999.But in Sony’s box I found a Hycot product worth Rs 438.When complaint in Flipkart after a long time enquiry it was informed to us that the seller(BUZZINDIA) stated that he have send an original product and my case got closed.This is not a genuine company Flipkart is having business with coz here Flipkart is not loosing anything but a genuine customer and the innocent people are paying a part of their income to a fraud seller and to Flipkart.
