Please find attached all Pics which i ordered via amazon, I received a product with Magnetic Smart Buds and as per site there is not mentioned this feature anywhere….
The issue is that I specially checked this product and all description that this is not Magnetic smart buds (As per Amazon site) so I ordered this but i received the Magnetic Smart buds which i don’t want.
I already raised a support ticket to amazon but the reply is : Our Backed team checked this is Magnetic Buds and i agree but they don’t know about the difference between Magnetic buds and Magnetic Smart buds.
