Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m complaining about wrong item delivered by Flipkart.A product(Vega crux OF motorbike Helmet) ordered by me on 11 Apr 2023 on Flipkart app.Another model of helmet of same brand was delivered on 13 Apr 2023.The item was received by my blood relative.He was not aware of open box delivery policy even I’m was not aware of this policy.So please return this item and deliver me my ordered item which I want.Received item’s photo is attached.
