Hello Flipkart, I have ordered a weighting scale of Dr. Trust (USA) Model 514 elegance personal digital electronic body weight machine for human body 180kg capacity weighing Scale (brilliantSilver) on 15th Jan ’23 at 7.26 am and the order delivered on 17th january by the seller Nureca Limited . But I received a yoga met against weight machine. I complaint regarding this issue in flipkart. They processed issue and gave me time upto 20th jan. on 20th jan’23 I got a message from flipkart that the seller (Nureca Limited) can not be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.
Sir I have shared all photos and invoice too. In such type of condition what should I do. I am feeling cheated and very disappoint. I am a regular and genuine customer of flipkart. Please help me .
