I have ordered for a earing from crystal jewellery. The portal was so professional and taken away by that. The main thing was that it was only COD. They have delivered a cheap necklace .when requested for the return and refund they immediately agreed. But later no response from them.Not attending the calls and even no reply from them. When checked in their website it is showing as the item has been returned.
