Text of Complaint by Sameer Gupta:

I ordered Iqoo Z6 5g for my relative as a Diwali gift on 22nd Oct ’22 and was supposed to be delivered on 25th Oct. A package was delivered and his old phone was exchanged. He later opened the package and found Redmi 11 Prime in the pack. I immediately complained about it to Amazon. Next day I raised the same issue on Twitter and they asked me to raise it to their Social Media team on amzn.to/3TLTdJW. I raised the same on 26th Oct and they said they will revert in some time. It is 8 days later now and no solution is given till now.

My relative is facing business loss as his contacts and many vital information was in his old phone, which he does not have anymore and can’t use the new one as we need to return it.
