ordered a Imported shoe rack (6 layers) on Ekart Shifto on 17 january 2024 and was delivered the packet on 22nd January On opening the packet I found that it was entirely different shoes rack I had ordered and thus placed a return request . But my product is not being taken back it’s totally different item
