I was orders masterlander but receive cream.which is wrong

I have ordered personalised product from The Hamray website worth 1299 INR.
The money got deducted but didn’t get any confirmation on order. No msg no mail. No one is picking call on the phone number mentioned on website.
When I see in transaction the money got transferred to Boxom Marketing. I want my money back.
Please take necessary action against this fraud.
