Dear Sir/Mam
I, Neha Aggarwal is a resident of Patel Apartment, sector-13, Rohini. On 17th June I put a request on airtel website for Broadband facility (FTTH) with plan chosen Basic having description monthly rental @₹799 (without GST), 150 GB Internet & Speed Up to 100Mbps & Unlimited Local/STD Call. The screenshot is attached.
I made the 3 months payment with CAF no. 0111568494 & transaction ID 617216476 by mobile no. 9711610984. The screenshot is attached.
However, the actual plan installed by the Engineer of Airtel Mr. Durgesh (Ph. no. 9718039187) on 18th June is different from what I had opted and did the payment for. The plan installed by him is providing Speed Up to 40Mbps instead of Speed Up to 100Mbps at the same rental charges (a receipt of the wrong plan installed is attached). The new landline no. provided to us is 01147494453.
When I enquired to the engineer about the wrong plan with less speed installed, he gave the excuse of Cu wiring in the area. Please note that in our area there is already a provision of Fibre wiring facility from years and still they installed the plan without FTTH speed.
Due to the installation of the wrong plan, my work from home is getting hampered and affecting my office work. You are requested to take the corrective action at the earliest possible and provide me the same plan with 100Mbps speed which I had chosen on the Airtel website and also for which I did the payment.
I hope the Airtel will maintain the trust of his new customers and provide the right facility and right plan they opted for.
