I ordered an LG AC from Flipkart app and the installation was done by the Jeeves installation team (Jeeves has a tie up with Flipkart for the installation of the electronic appliances) but the installation was done wrong and the product is not working properly now. I have raised so many complaints about the proper installation of the product but i haven’t received any positive response neither from the flipkart team nor from the installation team i.e. Jeeves.
The deadline date that is given to me by the officials to send the installation team to install it properly is keep on postponing day by day without my aunthentication. They are even not informing me about the dates that are being postponed and why are they postponing the dates.
Flipkart’s team and the installation team i.e. Jeeves is continuously mentally harassing me.
The actions done by Flipkart’s team leads to mental cruelty for the consumer.
