Dear Sir,
I want convert My Airtel Mo No 9328633535 & 9427877688 in to Other Operator, And for same I applied for Port message.
After receiving PORT Unique code, I Recd Call form Airtel customer care and They said we will provide better service to You and Plz continue with airtel and convert your number in Pre Paid connection without any charges. After this conversation I agree and I converted My Mo No 9328633535 in Pre Paid. And after converting whenever I asked for my first recharge of Rs. 399/- than customer representative denied for same asked for Recharge of Rs 495/-
Its shown, it is purely cheating with me for continue with Airtel.
Now I want to convert my both number with other Operator.
Plz help as soon as earlier.
