Regarding the pathetic service which tatasky is providing to me right now. I have been trying to contact them since yesterday but even after promising a call back from their side I have not been contacted yet. And now customer care number is coming busy everytime.
Well the thing is, that last month I had a service engineer visit and he had replaced my set top box. Also he had offered me an Amazon firestick and said that it is free for one month and thenafter if you want to use it you can recharge or else you can return it to me. On the very next day I had returned firestick to him. I have not used it.
But now my tatasky alert is showing 474rs. recharge amount for one month.
So want tatasky to deactivate any additional services (i.e tatasky binge) asap or else call me right now. If not able to do it then please let me know so that I would escalate this issue further.
