I was promised on 6th July that my Airtel Black will be transferred from Gurgaon to Kolkata and that I will be receiving the internet services at my Kolkata location. However, it’s been 10 days that I did not get an update and I had to do WFH and due to no internet connectivity I was not able to work. All of a sudden yesterday I got an update that I will not be receiving internet services at my new location. I asked them to raise a complaint but no one did so.
