I am paytm user and got paytm postpaid
5k lender is arthimpact digital loans pvt ltd.
All bills payments paid on always on time all bill is cleared and account is closed in January.
But my cibil report arthimpact loan account is still active with outstanding amount.
Because of this my score is reduced in heavy numbers whose liability for this ?
When my all bill payment paid before due date every time so why they doing this.
Am very disappointed to paytm & arthimpact digital loans pvt ltd both are very careless and fraudulent companies…
Pls take action against them…
