On 26 jun 2020 i accidentally double recharged my number. On calling customer service i was told that a complaint was registered and i will get refund for same or the pack will get extended after the validity of first pack that is in sept is over. But neither refund was issued not pack was activated after formers validity was over.For which i have an audio recording also.
