Tikona sales executive Mr. Ashutoush prabhushankar mishra sold us a plan in the month of feb 2020 called PREFUPH_LCO_01 saying that the plan had benefits like 250 gb per month of which the remaining data would be recycled in the next month. As far till 24th august 2020 i havent received any of the remaining data as per the plan guaranteed to us by asthoush.
Today on 24th august 2020 i came to know that the plan doesnt have any carried forward of the remaining data as told to as by mr ashutoush of tikona. he has already taken rs 2850 from us and further i have paid 2678.8 to tikona. The only reason why i chose this plan was because of the data getting carried forward. This guy ashutoush when called me abusing me saying bad words and refused to stand on his word saying that he never promised me anything regarding the plan and refused to answer on his part.
I want the refund of the whole amount from tikona and a apology regarding the inconvenience and firing of ashutoush prabhushankar mishra within 1 month. I even have the calls from ashutoush abusing me first and refusing to take on his stand
