My one year Amazon subscription was finished as a prepaid user, I contacted Jio- Fiber customer care asking about If I convert my prepaid connection to postpaid connection it will be eligible for one year more Amazon Subscription and she checked in sure and I conformed twice she said yes. After converting my prepaid connection to postpaid I didn’t get Amazon Prime then again I contacted Jio customer care but now they said it’s not possible there is some gap . Then they raised service request and listened to call and found customer is right but they are unable to bear the loss and said we have send that employee for training. But I want my subscription and they are refusing it. It’s completely loss for me and they aren’t taking responsibility of the employee words.
