I have received a sms on my no. That i can recharge of Rs. 297 and get benefits for 84 days but after recharge a sms received that this plan is for 28 days only. I talked to customer care on 198 to Mr. Nishant Bawde at 11.27 AM at Mumbai, he did not solve my issue and his behavior is not good. As per your sms i recharge but this plan is not as per your communication. What is my mistake? Why should I bear loss?
Now I want that my recharge of 297 should be converted for 84 days as per your sms. I have attached your sms which I received yesterday 09-08-2019.
