Text of Complaint by Rakesh Kumar:

I have got an e-gift voucher of Fastrack through redemption of my HDFC bank credit card points. I wanted to buy a smart watch of Fastrack but upon visiting official outlet of Fastrack in Ghaziabad I found out that this outlet has been permanently closed now.
If the Fastrack outlet is clsoed now then why is it still showing up on the online site? After that I visited the World of Titan in Rajnaagar, Ghaziabad and they are not accepting these vouchers either. Later, I came to know that these Vouchers can only be used at the official outlet of Fastrack. I had taken the Fastrack voucher based on availability of outlet in Ghaziabad but this outlet is physicaly closed and the information provided by fastrack is wrong.

Now, I am not able to use my Fastrack voucher in my District, Ghaziabad and I can not visit the offical outlet located in another district. It’s dissapointing and Fastrack should take responsibility and provide correct information regarding the availability of the outlet.

Infact Fastrack provided me another address of delhi and I visited there but this outlet is also closed.

I am not able to use my voucher now and total lost is 4500/-
