I took Airtel Xtream digital TV + broadband connection on February 2023 for the address of D.No 28-2-732, Navodaya colony, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. While giving the connection the representative said Airtel broadband services are available in all over my city.
After 3 months i.e., May 2023 I raised broadband moment request for D.No 2-188/5, Flat No.104, Sri sai sadan Apartments, near Income Tax office, Z-CROSS, 3rd Road, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh. But now the representative is saying no Airtel broadband services can be provided in my new address.
How come the Airtel is providing broadband services in C-Grade slum area of Anantapur and no services are being provided in A-grade high class area of the same city?
I am trying to reach Airtel customer service center but my call is not getting connected with that. Sent few mails but no response.
If I get an Airtel broadband connection in my new area, i could refer to entire my apartment people for the same. And there are few small scale organisations in the same area and those people also waiting for the broadband establishment.
I request you to take a serious action on the same asap.
