Madam/Dear Sir
I have just changed my existing plan and switched to plan 1349 one Airtel plan. But whatever the information provided me at the time of switching the plan is totally wrong and misguided me at Airtel Store. I have been not benefited Amazon prime free membership and also unable to add one child number. Now I am trying to call Airtel Manager he is not receiving and responding the calls. I have also lodged the complaint with Airtel customer care but no action have been initiated from their end. Hence I requested you to take appropriate action
