I visited the AIRTEL STORE on 13/06/2020 at north-ex mall, sector-9, rohini, delhi. I was shown the brochure mentioning the plans with their price & airtel rewards.
I chose the plan of ₹999 for 3 months(advance rental). The brochure in the 999 plan mentioned rewards including zee5, amazon prime, airtel xstream & netflix.
The service was installed on the same day.
My airtel app is not showing netflix subscription in the airtel rewards section.
I visited the store again in 21/06/2020 & the service provider (Mr. Anil) informed me that the brochure explained to me was the old one & now there is no netflix subscription in the new plans.
I am very surprised and shocked after this response from the airtel. Why the new brochure was not shown to me ? Netflix was one of the reason for taking airtel broadband services. I have other options also.
This is not the right way to deal with the customers.
Initially, they were interested to explain everything & now they don’t care at all. So, I have decided not to continue the airtel services after my
current plan ends.
