My airtel no. 9802332742 is in prepaid sim. I just check how to convert prepaid to postpaid through internet online and what is the plan? But airtel want otp and address for that i fill it but airtel only show thank you for the interest . I did not made any prepaid to postpaid request and airtel does not any information my sim is going to prepaid to postpaid . I dnt pay any bill and any charges for that. I want only prepaid connection. If you dont solution this i made a complain to pm portal for mis-guidance of airtel.
