Text of Complaint by Kingston Morris:

Yesterday 20th Oct 2021 I went to the Moolakkai airtel centre (opp simpsons). I had had my mobile and my wife’s mobile (both sims registered on my name) and I wanted to change the sims because they are gone old and the service is slow. Even though I informed the counter lady staff that both sims were on my name, after she finished with my sim she told me that my wife had to come to change sim for her mobile. On 20th I took half day to completed that work, today my wife who is not well with great difficulty went to the airtel store and that counter lady staff said that the sim is not in her name and told my wife that I had to come. Now tomorrow I have to take another half day to go to the store to change the sim which could have been done on 20th itself. On 20th Oct yesterday myself and three other customers were standing outside the shop till 10.15am when they are supposed to start their services at sharp 10am. Every time I go to the Moolakkadai airtel store I very horrible experiences. They are more focusing on each other rather than focusing on the customers. They do not know the value of time. Unnecessarily I have to make two trips to the store when it should have been one trip and my wife also wasted her time going there today with work not completed.
