I had booked flights under booking id : 211228320526
I wanted to reschedule the flights(up and down). I checked with their travel executive and the staff mentioned me that I can reschedule anytime till 3hrs prior to departing time. Before 5hrs of my journey when I contacted their executive again, they mentioned some technical issues and have asked me to contact the airlines. when I contacted the airline people they told me that it needs to be changed Atlst 12hrs before. I had to again contact the executives and it took almost 2-3hrs for me to get a response. Whenever the call gets connected and I starts explaining the issue from the starting, In between they will disconnect my call. Again I have to go through the toll free procedures and then get connected to any of the executive and then I have to start telling the whole incident from 1st. When ever I tried contacting the executive, it will be always a new executive as it’s a call Center. Atlast after my continuous trying someone from their Mumbai team contacted me back. he promised to give me a call back in 24hrs time with a resolution. And he also mentioned that he will help me with the rescheduling of the return flight ticket.No one called me back. I was suppose to travel to Dubai the very next day. After reaching Dubai also I tried calling their toll free but from UAE , their toll free number was not working. So after coming back from dubai(in 5days) I again stared contacting them. All executives promised me a call back and no one did. I lost almost 1.29lakhs for 3 tickets up and down. I need my money back. I kept on writing mails to their customers service there was no response. Such a careless customer service they have.
