I AM the airtel dth customer but all time I face the issues in service but this time I very frustrated.
My issue is I recharged my dth tv on 15th of Jan 2019,before recharged I call to the customer care and ask about my plan and she says your plan starts from 219 for 28days and I recharged this plan but right now 28th Jan 2019 my account will be suspended.. My question is why if this information is given by your team then why before 28 days my account is suspended??
If my problem is not shortour within 24hrs I switched from this airtel to another dth service..
After suspended my account I call to the customer care you CCE says I could not do anything for you??
What a service is this of airtel very disappointing very very much disappointing..
