Text of Complaint by Vikram Singh:

I call Airtel Costumer care and asked ” Did I’m eligible for taken Amazon Prime Video Edition Free Trial for second time on same number” then they said “Yes”.

After that I make an recharge to get that benefit. After that i get to know that there is no such type of benefit for second time.
