Dear sir
I request before 5 days to take a new connection. Your company person Mr.madhaw contact me and tell me that pay 6 month advance in a link and ur connection install with in 2 hrs After payment Mr.madav not pick my call and and let night someone call me and tell today no possible that same personal work.next day no call no msg from ur team side when I call evening time same again heppnd no one pick call and let night tell that today no possible. I resase a complaint against this paroblm but after 24 no any response again yesterday i call and again camplent in caustmer care number that persan tell me that u wait 4 hr we arrange a call from higher team but no any response ur team till now .
It’s my first experience with airtel It’s very very bad.
In future i think no any items purchase from airtel company.
Sir your team very worst and very unresponsive
That resaion caustmer not happy.
