Credit Mantri has given me the wrong information and took a subscription from me for Rs.4,715 on 7th Dec 21. Now they are saying that we can provide you a discount on my negative CC account for which they have charged me.
Also for 7 months, they did not provide any services also.
Please take strict action and refund me the money which I paid.
