Text of Complaint by Sumitava Mukherjee:

I had purchased a Samsung s22 ultra 256 gb online on amazon 1.10.23 and the product was supposed to be delivered on 5.10.23. But on 3.10.23, the product got marked as undeliverable and so i contacted amazon customer care and they assured me that the delivery will take place and there was no issue. But when the item did not get delivered on 5.10.23, I contacted them again and by this time the price of the item has gone up.by Rs 1131. The customer service executive assured me that since the fault is with amazon so I will have to place a new order of the same item and after the product gets delivered, the excess amount will be reimbursed to me and a written mail was provided against the same. Then the product was delivered the next day and when i contacted customer care and asked for the reimbursement, they said they do not have such policy when i enquired that why was false promise provided and I will go.legally they simply disconnected the chat so that I cannot take further screenshots. Now I want them to pay my reimbursement and so I would want them to pay me cost of harassment and cheating.
