Text of Complaint by Pallavi:

Since the month of June…I had a word with costumer care exe for permanent deactivation of account…but they suggested me to keep your account suspended for a time being… and when you want to resume…it’s all up to you…your available balance will remain same….and some other fake suggestions they gave….but now my account has been resumed without my permission and most importantly from last 1.5 months I m not using Tata sky…and they have generated bill…I will not pay a single penny from my pocket rather they have my money….I want my money back asap….and I have already complained regarding this but still they are not resolving my query….they are not deactivating my account permanently….still they are sending me msgs for bill pay…it’s unethical….
