I did one of my recharge that cost me Rs 3359/- where I was getting benefits of Hotstar subscription. But I get Mobile subscription which is worth Rs 2999/- instead. As I called Airtel customer care they said there are two recharges which has same thing but different rates and when asked then why is there 2 recharges then One of the senior executive pankaj told me it is the fault of 3rd party i.e. Amazon . That is Rs 2999/- and Rs 3359/-. Kindly discard Airtel from Amazon. They are literally fooling people. Kindly give my Rs 359/- refund. Or full refund I want to switch operator.
