We have bought the Bharath Pe swipe machine and got it delivered on 20th March 2023. My Machine was not activated and showed error on the day of delivery. We raised a complaint to the customer care regarding the issue and we got it resolved only after 4 days. On the day of enquiry before buying the Swipe Machine, the sales team had given me wrong information regarding the bank account information. Now since he had given wrong information, and when contacted the customer care today the call got transferred to more than 10 persons each time when I called (Customer Care Person Names: Monika, Ganeshwar, Pavani, Hemanth and etc) and didn’t gave any solution for the same. Now I had to return the swipe machine and these customer care people said that I won’t get the full refund amount 3500, as it had past 7 days since the machine got delivered. On the day of delivery, the machine had issue and the company delayed to resolve the issue and now its 9 days and I am not getting full refund amount. Kindly help me with the above issue that I am facing as soon as possible. Thank you.
