I have ordered iphone 13 128 GB with exchange of my old phone Realme 9 SE on 07-Oct-2023.
1. The first delivery was scheduled on 8th Oct 2023 max by 9 pm. I tried calling the delivery guy multiple time and he disconnected always, I also talked to Amazon customer service they said it will be delivered by 9 pm, but at the end they did not delver it that day.
2. Since it was exchange of phone I have formatted my phone, deleted all my office related Apps as well and kept it ready from 8th October.
3. I cancelled my plan and stayed at home waiting for the phone.
4. I called and asked Amazon customer service to reschedule it for 9th. The same story repeated the other day as well, no proper response from the customer service no attempt from delivery agent.
5. Today on 10th October 2023 I am still trying to get my phone and reach out to them but getting same response from customer care and not able to reach out to Delivery agent.
6. They are not sharing the number of delivery agent and the number in amazon is not getting connected.
7. And every time I was connecting with them they were assuring that it will be delivered by EOD. So I have to keep my phone formatted and ready all the time.
8. Because of this I was not able to use my phone at the time when I needed It.
9. Today I had a plan to go to my office but I didn’t go just because of this phone delivery.
10. Also the mental and physical harassment that happened because of their negligence and wrong info is unimaginable.
11. I am seeking a faster delivery and compensation from amazon for the trouble they caused me for past 3 days and the loss I had because of them.
12. I have all the Call recordings and screenshots if needed I can provide them as a proof.
