I have made a IMPS bank transfer of Rs. 50,000/- from my kotak Mahindra bank account to my relatives account in Bank of Baroda but because of a single digit change in the account number it went to some unknown persons account in Bank of Baroda. Even after giving a written complaint about the same to both the banks no action has been taken. My amount is stuck with the Beneficiaries bank i.e. Bank of Baroda and they are not refunding my money. Please take a note of it and do something so i can get my money back.
