I am unable to raise a complaint against my ICICI FASTTAG related queries through iMobile app or toll free number. I tried several time on toll free no 1800 2100 104 but no response. Finally i am writing in this way. Yesterday 16/11/23 without moving my vehicle Rs 30 was deducted from FASTTAG account (ID 16949896). The same transaction is repeated which was done on 2 months back. How can it possible amount is deducted without scanning the FASTTAG barcode.
Kindly resolve this issue or else send me the correct mailid to raise an issue related to FASTTAG.
