I purchased Bajaj Avenger in February 2018 and paid full amount by cheque. I have not taken any loan from any bank. My bike number is MH48BC5630.
When I downloaded the RC book from parivahan I found it shows HP of some progressive bank, while I purchased it by total cheque payment
