Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Jindal:

I had Airtel numbers 9317709040 and 9872010985 and i was also having one number of Vodafone 8872009040. I have gone to Leela bhawan Airtel office and met Mr Gurmeet Chahal over there for port of the number. He advised me some plan where 4 numbers can be added and free DTH will be there and i opted for the same and from that day i am being harassed by him for one or the other reason.
He could not combine all my 3 numbers in 2 months time and also i have told him that my 9317709040 should be the primary number and rest two numbers should be added but he still made 8872009040 as my primary number and in 2 months he didnt add my both numbers. He has taken OTP from us many times to get the same done and also once i have paid the monthly bills also of all 3 numbers and again 3 bills has been generated.

He hardly pick up the call and could not resolve my issue in 2 months and now he is saying that i have to pay all 3 bills separately only and he cannot help in the same.

I am writing this to your company in expectation that my issue will be resolved. I was satisfied customer of Airtel from last 10 years but from last 2 months i am having very bad feeling about the company.

Pls resolve my issue and if the same is not done in 2-3 days , i will switch all my connections to Reliance Jio
