I ordered food from Mehfil with platform Zomato on 31/12/2022. But they delivered the wrong food: Chicken Family Pack Biryani with vegetable Family Pack Biryani and Boneless Chicken Biryani with only 4 pics of chicken. I have complained to Zomato customer care but there no response from them. I was not able to call them because of no customer care number. And after 2 days they refunded me 150 rs saying that the amount of 150 rs only they can refund. Zomato is a platform but they are responsible for the restaurant food. They need to have proper communication with the restaurant.
