Text of Complaint by Mazeli Edith Nkiruka:

Wrong First/ Middle Name and address uploaded on my Airtel line number 08023341473.
I visited your Airtel office yesterday to do the correction of my name and I was told to present my NIM number which I was using*346# to get but all is in vain. I left and came back today and was surprised to hear that I should go that it was not possible that the re-registration was not going that I should come back by middle November.
It was very disappointed that this information could have been given to me to avoid the inconveniences of coming again today and being very late to my appointment that cost me extra fee.
I got home and decided to put it in writing with reasons that if I lost this line your office will frustrate my recovery my line as I witnessed a poor lady who lost her admission because wrong name was used for her during registration and the office refused to gave her assess to the line.
Personally, I will not want to express that because since the inception of Airtel line then ECONET we are the first line issued and I am among the oldest customer and my line have been maintain to me aloan as the first set of customer. I have not transferred this line to any body. You can confirm it from your data base.
Secondary, I have done this registration/ Capturing for three times or more and will not know why my name and address will be wrong. The only thing confirmed correct was my Surname. I always gave them my correct information as at when due and never used a wrong name and address.
Please I didn’t check that of my picture to confirm if that one is my picture.
Please, use your good office to humble provide a means of correcting the data so that I will not have issue in future because it will not be nice that one of your oldest/Royal customer will have issues with you.
I am also sending this mail as an evidence for future citing.
