the wrong fastag deduction occurs on 23 sep 2023 at 10:46 AM of rupees 235 instead of rupees 40 at mubarakpur toll plaza bhopal

I have contacted through icici tag toll-free helpline no. 18002100104 to raise complaint against this wrong transaction but they reject that complaint on a false basis.
