Dear sir,
My SC No- 13924-00493 USC No- 15559845 : Name – Kandula, Rudrama Devi, Address : 8-1-181, Writer Basthi, Gollagudem, Kothagudem.
Your representative always measure approximate reading not actual shown in meter subsequently doing wrong billing. kindly see the enclosed Energy charges bill,
Unit reading (PV) as on 08/10/2020 is 13480 units
Unit reading (PS) as on 08/11/2020 is also 13480 units but total unit calculated 293 units. we don’t know how is it possible?
Therefore, i requesting you to kindly clarify the calculation of energy charges about enclosed bill at the earliest and also calculate the actual unit of energy charges consumed on period from 08.10.2020 to 08.11.2020.
