This is regarding the wrong billing of Electricity for the the month of June 2020 – bill cycle is 15 May 2020 to 15 June 2020. so assuming it is for June.
As per link provided by BSES to upload the Meter reading with information, I’ve sent the picture of reading as on 15 June 2020.
The meter reading was 027369
I’ve received bill on 18th June 2020 for the reading 027639 and bill amount is Rs. 3050/-
which is drastically high as my bill amount usually under 200 to 300. I’m not using AC.
I’ve registered complaint with Customer care email address provided by the department. But no change has been made and still waiting for response. The last date of payment is 3rd July 2020. I requested again and again but getting autoreply, nothing else. The issue is if paid this huge amount how will they get adjust as amount is high in comparison to usual bill. If I don’t pay, they will charge late fee and will get 55 days of bill which may be huge so no relief. Please help as they are not listening. All related documents and bill is attached.

I received call from BSES that they will resolve soon and asked me for meter reading and assure that they will reply, but now they are not picking up the phone and I don’t what is the status of my Bill.
The number is customer care number and they are not responding. I don’t know what to do.
