Dear sir
It is regarding the wrong electricity bill raised by Maharashtra electricity board.
My consumer no – 173370001920
Area code – 4701( kedgaon)
Pune
There is a serious irregularities in my house billing.
I m serving in army and my house is there in Uruli Kanchan.
There was a tenant occupied my house since April 2021. The regular billing was very minimum and paid till the moth of APRIL 21.
BUT as soon as the tenant vacated, your service representative have removed our electric connection and claimed that there was a balance due… Now u have raised bill of Rs 13851/ -for closed house without electricity.
There is a serious anomalies in my house electric bill. Kindly initiate a enquiry for the concern. We doubt that your service representative have taken bribe from tenant for not raising actual bill and they a raising a bill for closed housed which power has been disconnected by your department from may 2021.
Kindly initiate a enquiry. Please provide the following details for us to take up the case to appropriate level
1. Month wise bill details with meter readings for last one year
2. Reasons for disconnecting the power supply without any reason.
3. Without any power supply how could you initiate such a huge bill. Kindly provide the details .your representative has disconnected the power supply from the month of May 21. Then how come such a unrealistic bill is being raised for closed house without electricity
4. Name and details of the concern officers who all involving in taking the meter readings and bills generation
