I have received a message from UHBVN haryana to pay 8000/- to them for electricity bill. The message does not show computation of these charges. My previous bill shows a reading of 1219 units and at the time i received this message the reading was 1930 units which shows that 711 units have been used. The bill for the same should be 3000/- i cannot pay 8000 before 15th april as my profession is closed down due to lockdown. This is clear harassment of Public by UHBVN haryana. Please help
