I am Biswanathmohanta,my consumer no.is 523412250230 which is in the name of Gurucharan mohanta. I have a complain against my electricity bill for the month of October 2023 TPNODL.I have cleared all my bill in every month which bill was received by me but this month Rs4434 added in bill wrongly, when I have contacted to electric office they told me your meter was not working so bill amount increased with fine. But when I complaint to the office the new meter installed in Jan 2023 but the fine is reflect in month oct 2023 after 9months & when meter was not work at that time bill amount & after install new meter bill amount is approximately same, then how can they put fine, please correct my bill& solve my issue.
