Dear Concern,
Please note during lockdown we have paid 1240/- against bill cycle from 28th Feb to 15th May 2020. But we shock to find next bill cycle include from 28th Feb to 30th June 2020 which was supposed to from 15th May to 30th June 2020. And full amount charged and no adjustment done. On complaining at given helpline number no response given by PSPCL board. Their all helpline number engaged and unable to raise complaint.
Kindly look into this matter. I stuck in Noida and couldnt go Amritsar to look into this while my father living there aged and couldnt go for department for correction. Please help.

The same issue is with me, Last 3 bills are from 21st Jan 2020.
From 17th Mar, the old reading is taking as 17651. I already paid 3090
Next bill due on Jun, again old reading is 17651 and i paid 2530. We were not at home for 2 months so there was no consumption but still I paid the amount.
Now the latest bill due on 31 Jul, again old reading is taken as 17651 and the bill has come up of 8930.
