I ordered combo set of smart watches black and blue colour for the price of 1599/- rs in www.nexaship.in website. But I received duplicate titan not working watch. The return or refund option also not available and I have e-mailed to customer care but there is no reply from them. Please solve this issue and refund my amount and return the product .details of delivery as
