I own a rbl bank credit card in 2019 for 1 year .it has annualy charge of 999 rs.during corona in 2019 I request them to closed my card as I didn’t required card and contacted to customer care and blocked the card . They said that they will closed the card .I blocked that card myself.but later found that they are charging 999 rs as annualy charges .I didn’t spent a single money but rbl bank is showing me 2400+ amount as bad debts.they are also made my cibil score low.plz do needful.my rbl card last 4 digit is 6326
