Dear Sir/Madam,
There has been wrong displaying on Airtel Application and Website that you will get Hotstar subscription for 12 months for recharge of 2999/-
But after the recharge being successful, I was not able to access my hotstar subscription so i called customer care and as and i was guided that in the plan for 2999/- you do not get Hotstar Subscription.
To attract customer to avail the yearly plans earlier they misguided the information and then they change the plan.
This is not at all tolerable as airtel being such a big company but this service of misguiding people and displaying wrong information is a violation of our rights and a part of mis-selling the plans.
Please find the attached snapshot of the plan which is being displayed at the time of buying the plan and basis on which i purchased the plan.
